This was my obsession for 17 hours over the course of just under a week...
I was going for a textures (I was told I needed to use more ^-^)-bold-wood-block-water-color look for this piece, so I hope it shows. ^-^

(This is like only my 3rd piece with Naruto and my 2nd with Sasuke, but my first time ever drawing Kushina Uzumaki (the woman in the back) and Minato / Yondy / 4th Hokage (the man in the back))

I've wanted to do a Shippuuden piece for a little while now, and a piece that actually had the kunckle-headed ninja himself in it XD (Oh, Team Gai is too much fun to draw!) And, I wanted to draw a picture showing Naruto's ever enduring quest to bring back his friend. I also wanted to include his parents, at least in a memory/ghostly form. Naruto holds Sasuke's old headband, the last physical memory of his former comrade. I also included a shot of the village (which was hard to draw), with the Hokage Mountain and the Hokage's mansion, symbols of Naruto's dream.

Also, Ninian, I'm sorry, but Kushina totally stole your pose. (It's because I've seen many FE manga covers XD I blame you Des! XD)
